The City Council has published the Terms and Conditions on the Public Sector Procurement Portal
The Velilla de Cinca City Council considers it necessary to install photovoltaic panels to reduce energy costs and adopt renewable energy sources that significantly decrease economic expenses and environmental pollution, as indicated in the Technical Specifications of the Self-Consumption Photovoltaic Project in different municipal buildings.
Among other details, the installation consists of a photovoltaic power generation plant, along with a DC-to-AC inverter and the necessary protection systems for this type of installation. The purpose is to generate electricity for self-consumption, with the excess being fed into the power grid. The photovoltaic generator will be installed on the municipal building, mounted on a support structure coplanar with the roof, taking advantage of the roof's slope. The inverters will be located on the roof level, next to the AC distribution panel. These inverters receive all the wiring from the parallel subgenerators that make up the generator for each inverter. Identification labels must be placed on each piece of equipment and device to facilitate its operation.
