According to several media outlets, sources from the Government of Aragon have reported the incident, indicating that the accident occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m. at kilometer marker 439 of the N-II highway, on the access ramp to the motorway, past the Logistics Platform and the Fondo de Litera industrial park . As a result, the three occupants of one of the vehicles died, while the two occupants of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries. Both were taken to the Arnau de Vilanova University Hospital in Lleida.
