The runner from the Bajo Cinca region, originally from Velilla de Cinca, gives her name to this recreational and sports area in the municipality. Velilla de Cinca continues to invest in sports and the well-being of its residents with the expansion of the "Elena Guiu Lapena" Recreational and Sports Park, which now boasts a new, fully completed multi-sports court.
