The mayor of Fraga issues a decree to ensure the well-being of deer during the rutting season

Between September 15th and October 15th, driving motor vehicles off marked roads will be prohibited. The mayor of Fraga, Ignacio Gramún, has issued the decree once again this year to ensure the well-being of the deer population during the rutting season.
