The Aragonese agricultural and livestock association criticizes Europe's "double standards" on tariff issues
The AEGA Association (Aragon is Livestock and Agriculture) has sent a press release to the media regarding the conflict that has arisen between Europe and China over the tariffs imposed on electric vehicles and biodiesel imported from the Asian country.
The AEGA association considers it highly questionable that some sectors are protected while others are condemned to absolute arbitrariness, given how Europe is flooded with agricultural and meat products through massive imports from countries not integrated into the EC, without any tariffs to protect the delicate state of our agriculture and livestock, as well as the families who live off the land, as stated in the text.
They also point out, in their view, the hypocrisy with which European leaders act, in complicity with the Spanish government.
