They will be located during the weekend of the National Tourist Interest Festival in Plaza de España, Paseo Barrón and Plaza San Pedro
The Fraga City Council has put out to tender this week the minor contract for the authorization to install, use, and operate three bars during the Fiesta de la Faldeta (Faldeta Festival). These bars will be located in the Plaza de España and the Paseo Barrón on the afternoon of April 25th and all day on April 26th, and in the Plaza de San Pedro on the morning of Sunday, April 26th, with the aim of meeting the demand for food and drinks during this Festival of National Tourist Interest.
The sole award criterion will be offering the lowest price to the consumer while meeting the required quality standards . Regarding this quality, the tender specifications stipulate the submission of a price list that includes the specified products (draft beer, medium beer, vermouth, bottled water, and bottled or canned soft drinks). Specifically, soft drinks must be served in individual containers; the use of economy or family-size formats is expressly prohibited. Furthermore, it is also specified that each of the three bars will measure between 6 and 7 meters in length and must be staffed by a minimum of three people.
