A crushing defeat for Ontiñena on another positive day for the rest of the teams in Bajo/Baix Cinca

The worst moment of the second matchday for men's football was undoubtedly Ontiñena's crushing 5-0 defeat in Sabiñánigo. The Fraga women's team debuted with a draw in their Regional Preferente campaign.

Third Federation

This weekend, UD Fraga returned to action in front of their home fans in the Tercera RFEF (fourth tier of Spanish football) . And the wait was well worth it: a 3-1 victory against AD Almudévar, who could do little against the onslaught that came their way in the second half . Corbacho opened the scoring, followed by Aisa, and Petanas sealed the win for the home side, although the visitors still managed a consolation goal, which arrived practically at the final whistle. With this resounding victory, UD Fraga has a perfect record from the first two matches of the season.

Preferred Regional

A very tough day for the Ontiñena boys , who, after debuting with a draw just over a week ago, finished this second matchday with a resounding 5-0 defeat in Sabiñánigo. Things got complicated before the 10th minute with the first goal from Monzón, but then Emmanuel Essel had a brilliant Sunday and netted a hat trick that left the Ontiñena side with nothing to do. The fifth goal was added to Marcos Torres' tally.

Regional Preferente Women's

It was time for the Fraga girls' debut in the 26/27 season, specifically in the Regional Preferente league, and it was already clear to them that maintaining their destructive status from last season wouldn't be easy. They drew 2-2 against Escalerillas from Zaragoza , taking the lead in the first minute, but Escalerillas equalized in the 10th minute and even went ahead in the 11th. The final 2-2 scoreline came in the 12th minute. And yes, you read that right, everything was decided in the first 12 minutes of the first half.

first Regional

After a promising start in the Primera Regional league, which even included two resounding victories, there was great anticipation for the second matchday featuring the teams from the Bajo Cinca region. And they didn't disappoint: Atlético Juventud Almudévar vs. Fraga B ended in another 1-4 victory for the Fraga side , while Mequinenza also got off to a flying start, defeating Peña Ferranca 1-2. A clean sweep of victories was narrowly missed, as Peña Fragatina could only manage a 2-2 draw against Almunia San Juan.
