A new edition of this competition arrives at 'Lo Castell' in Fraga on Friday, August 30th.
This week marks the return of the Festival of Castles to the capital of the Bajo/Baix Cinca region. From August 30th to September 1st, music will take center stage at this unique venue in the city of Fraga.
One of the standout names in this edition is that of singer-songwriter Carmen Boza . Originally from Cádiz, she started by uploading songs to YouTube and gradually gained fame and attracted public attention.
In 2011, he released his first album, "Lapislázuli," composed of eleven tracks. In 2012, he compiled all the songs he had uploaded to his YouTube channel, @rollitosdeprimavera, into an album recorded at home, which he released online for free. In 2015, he released his second album, "La Mansión de los Espejos," and in 2018, his third, "La Caja Negra," which, in its first week of physical and digital release, became the second best-selling album in Spain, second only to Arctic Monkeys.
In the spring of 2024, she released her latest work, "Encore." Carmen's fourth album marks her return to the spotlight with a six-track EP showcasing a variety of styles.
Carmen Boza has thousands of followers on social media and hundreds of plays of her music on streaming and video platforms.
This Friday, August 30th, will be one of the highlights of the Festival of Castles in Fraga, along with Alpaca Colectivo Danza and DJ D'SEIK.
