Registration can be done electronically through the transparency portal or in person at the center itself.
Pre-registration for the 2024-2025 school year at the Xiquets Early Childhood Education Center will be open from May 6th to 10th. Applications can be submitted through the transparency portal on the town hall's website or in person at the early childhood education center itself, Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. and on Wednesdays also in the afternoon, from 16:00 to 17:30 p.m.
If you are registering in person, it is advisable to send an email to xiquets@fraga.org beforehand, requesting the documentation to be filled out, so that you only need to submit said documentation to increase the efficiency of the process.
Regarding the requirements for pre-registration, the family unit must be registered in Fraga (it is not necessary to bring a registration certificate), the child must have been born before or during the pre-registration period, and the pre-registration must be signed by both legal representatives of the child.
It will be necessary to present the ID of the parents, guardians or legal representatives of the child; a photocopy of the family book or failing that the birth certificate; the recent work history or in the case of self-employed the last payment receipt; and a certificate from the Tax Agency relating to the income declaration of last year.
In the event that this circumstance occurs, the document accrediting the status of large family or single-parent family must also be submitted; the certificate issued by the Aragonese Institute of Social Services or equivalent official body in the case of the existence of a disability equal to or greater than 33% in the parents or siblings of the child to be enrolled; a document indicating that there is another child enrolled in the same center (issued by the center itself); and/or a document accrediting that you work in the same center for which you are requesting a place for your child (employment history, payslip or contract that proves this situation).
