Through the Fraga Police Instagram account, the local force reports on some of the most significant incidents and interventions of each week. One of the most striking incidents was the intervention in an illegal street race in Fraga. Both the Local Police and the Civil Guard responded to the scene. Upon arrival, they observed a large number of vehicles parked along the sides of the road, as well as several people racing. After stopping several of those present, an investigation of all the vehicles was carried out, and the corresponding citations were issued for reckless driving, expired vehicle inspections (ITV), and driving against traffic.
Other actions reported from the Fraga Police social media profile include several arrests for vehicle theft or investigations for drunk driving.
The profile also continues to report on traffic disruptions and missing items that have been taken to police facilities.
