Mequinenza invites Catalan and Aragonese speakers from Aragon to the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Mequinenza Declaration on Saturday, February 24th, starting at 11 a.m.
Coinciding with the celebration of International Mother Language Day, the Bajo Cinca council has made a public announcement and has scheduled a meeting with cultural entities, a rally in defense of the languages of Aragon and the commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the Mequinenza Declaration with interventions by the Garbinada Theater Group of the "La Dona" Association, as well as the performance of Júlia Cruz and Carla Azanuy, among other events.
