Mequinenza has expanded the leisure options in the municipality
Holy Week is just around the corner, in some municipalities there will be processions and Stations of the Cross , there are also Leisure and Adventure Camps in cities like Fraga and, of course, already established activities, such as walks and routes to see the flowering in the Bajo/Baix Cinca or visits to the Ice Well of Fraga.
This year, Mequinenza has expanded its tourist offerings with boat trips. This experience complements visits to the Mequinenza Museums, enhancing the understanding and enjoyment of the town's rich natural and industrial heritage, with a focus on the "Aiguabarreig" (the Mequinenza Dam) and the town's mining past.
