On April 30th, the capital of the Bajo/Baix Cinca region will be one of the main venues for this event, with a day dedicated to "psychological safety" and team strengthening.
The business community of Fraga is preparing for a key event. As part of the 3rd SME Week in Aragon , promoted by the Government of Aragon through the Directorate General for SMEs and the Self-Employed , the town will host a high-impact training session designed to improve talent management and leadership in local businesses.
Under the slogan "Intensive business treatment", this edition of SME Week is being held from April 17 to 30 and will visit 15 municipalities in the community, reaffirming the commitment to the self-employed and small businesses that support the economy of the territory.
Leadership and teams: The meeting in Fraga
The main event in Fraga will take place on Thursday, April 30 , concluding the schedule of this regional event. The session, entitled "Psychological Safety in Leadership: Feeling Like You're Part of the Team ," will run from 09:00 a.m. to 13:30 p.m.
This session, organized in collaboration with the Fraga Intersectoral Business Association ( AEI Fraga ), aims to provide SME leaders and managers with tools to create work environments where employees feel safe, valued, and fully integrated. In a context of increasing competitiveness, emotional well-being and internal cohesion are presented as fundamental assets for retaining young talent and achieving operational efficiency.
A forward-thinking program with AI
In addition to the event in our city, the 3rd SME Week stands out for its innovative program that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) , digitalization, and generational renewal as its main pillars. According to data from the Government of Aragon , SMEs represent 99,86% of the region's business fabric, justifying this effort to bring specialized training to every corner of Aragon.
During those days, other nearby towns such as Monzón, Huesca or Barbastro will also host conferences on cybersecurity, finance and digital transformation, allowing entrepreneurs from Bajo Cinca to access an unprecedented network of contacts and knowledge.
