Initially, the project will be implemented in five towns: Beranuy (covering the North-Eastern area), Torla (North-Central area), San Juan de Plan (North-Central area), Hecho (Western area), and Agüero (Western area). The goal is to expand the project to every municipality where response times exceed 35 minutes from the main fire stations, "because a first intervention can be crucial to preventing greater damage and the spread of fires," Claver stated.
The president of the Huesca Provincial Council was accompanied by the head of the Provincial Council's fire service, Óscar Aguarta, the inventor of ECOFIRE, César Sallén, and the mayor of Torla, Jesús Lardiés, who applauded the initiative, saying, "We feel safe now. Yesterday we had nothing to fight fires with, and from today on we have a very useful tool." In addition to Lardiés, representatives from the various municipalities that will receive the product were: the mayor of Beranuy, Jesús Guitart; the councilor of San Juan de Plan, María Fillat; the mayor of Hecho, Marta Lera; and the mayor of Agüero, María Pilar Viejo.

Specifically, the municipalities will be provided with Ecofire, a product that is between 50 and 100 times more effective than water in extinguishing fire; a trailer with a tank and pump designed to be transported with a pickup or SUV and attack the fire wherever it occurs; backpacks for attacking small fires; and specific training for the proper use of the product for municipal workers.
