Two restaurants from the Bajo/Baix Cinca region will appear in this Wednesday, February 19th episode, dedicated to the Franja de Ponent.
Next Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 10:22 p.m., the TV3 program "Joc de Cartes" will delve into the gastronomy of the Franja de Ponent region. In this episode, two restaurants from the Bajo/Baix Cinca region will be featured: Espai Oró, in Fraga, and Sisket's, in Torrente de Cinca.
These two restaurants are also part of the five establishments participating in the Gastronomic Week, which will take place from February 21 to March 2 , 2025 in Fraga and Torrente de Cinca.
Espai Oró, managed by Víctor Oró, specializes in menu planning, banquets, and events. This establishment stands out for offering a culinary experience tailored to diverse celebrations, combining tradition and modernity in its gastronomic offerings.
