The workers have been evacuated and no one has been injured, according to information from the Huesca Provincial Council's Fire and Rescue Service (SPEIS).
This morning a fire broke out at an agricultural machinery company in Fraga. The company, Niubo, is located in the Fondo de Litera industrial park. The fire forced the evacuation of workers to an outdoor area, but no one was injured.
The fire started in an exterior porch attached to the building housing the paint shops for the manufactured materials and spread to a building with sandwich panel walls and also to the roof. At this time, the fire has not yet been brought under control, but it has been stabilized. The materials continue to burn, preventing the SPEIS firefighters from being withdrawn.
They arrived from the Fraga Fire Station with one officer and three firefighters, along with a water tanker, a heavy urban fire engine, and a light vehicle. Firefighters from Sariñena (with one officer and one firefighter, as well as a heavy urban fire engine) and Barbastro (with three firefighters, a heavy water tanker, and a ladder truck) also arrived as reinforcements. There are also two incident commanders currently on scene. They are working in conjunction with the Local Police and the Civil Guard.
