We are raffling off 2 individual 1-week registrations for the Jovial Summer Campus 2024
One of the most comprehensive and fun summer camps in the Bajo/Baix Cinca region is undoubtedly Jovial Adventure . This year, Diario del Bajo Cinca is collaborating with this Fraga-based project and will be raffling off two one-week registrations through our Instagram profile.
Participating is very simple, you just have to follow us on Instagram and also follow Jovial Adventure , in addition to commenting or mentioning a friend so that they find out about the giveaway.
Two individual one-week registrations for the 2024 summer camp that Jovial Adventure will hold in July and August will be raffled among all participants .
The draw will take place on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 16 p.m. Anyone interested may participate until the date of the draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAW
1.- PROMOTION ORGANIZER
Diario del Bajo Cinca, together with Jovial Adventure, are organizing the national sweepstakes (hereinafter, “the Promotion”), to be carried out via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in [Spain] in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.
The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of Diario del Bajo Cinca readers.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on June 17, 2024 at 12:00 PM, and will end on June 20, 2024 at 4:00 PM.
The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if, by the date indicated for its start, a participation higher than desired has not been registered.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
- Those who reside in Spain and are of legal age may participate.
- Only those participants who hold an Instagram account will be able to participate.
- Participants must comment on the brand's post on the Instagram social network, tagging at least 1 friend during the participation period.
- Participants may only participate with one Instagram profile. If a participant is found to be participating with multiple Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified.
- Even if participants write several comments on the same post, they will only participate with a single entry in the random draw.
- The application will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same Participant even if they are in different comments.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the simpliers.com platform. The winner will be announced the same day via the brand's social media profiles, along with the certificate of validity for the draw.
The prize will consist of a one-week stay at Jovial summer camp in 2024. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock issues and, therefore, it is impossible to award the prize.
The winner will have two days to contact the Company from the date of the announcement on the brand's social media profile. If no contact is made within this timeframe, the prize will be declared void or another winner will be selected, according to preference.
The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that could infringe upon the rights of others will not be permitted. Comments against any individual that violate their right to honor, privacy, and image will also not be allowed. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by comments made by participants in the promotion that may offend other participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts, may not under any circumstances violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Instagram's Terms of Use.
If the Company discovers the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.
7.-RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that may prevent the execution of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, whether due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company responsible for processing your data is Diario del Bajo Cinca, with address in Fraga.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file, owned by this entity, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, right to be forgotten and no longer to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to redaccion@diariobajocinca.com attaching a copy of an identification document.
Without prejudice to any other administrative recourse or legal action, the Participant shall have the right to file a claim with a Control Authority, in particular in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in in the event that you consider that the processing of your personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that the exercise of your rights is not satisfied.
Therefore, the Participant declares that he/she has been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing.
9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms and conditions, provided that it does not harm or diminish the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these Official Rules. Furthermore, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is conducted.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of [organizer's country]. The courts of the participant's city of residence shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or fulfillment of these terms and conditions.
