The Festival Committee has chosen the work of the Navarrese author Iñaki Fernández Iturmendi from among the 23 proposals submitted this year
The official image for the 2026 Pilar Festival in Fraga has been chosen. The artwork 'Cinca Espejo Festivo', created by Navarrese designer Iñaki Fernández Iturmendi , has been selected to represent and promote this year's patron saint festivities. The jury, comprised of the Festival Committee, made this selection after evaluating the various graphic proposals submitted to the competition, whose prize this year reached €1.000 , an increase of €250 compared to previous years.
This year's poster competition saw record participation, with a total of 23 entries , including notable entries from both the local area and various parts of Spain. Twelve of the submissions were from artists in Fraga, joined by entries from other municipalities in the province such as Torrente de Cinca, Huesca, and Estadilla, as well as from the Lleida towns of Alcarrás and Balaguer, Barcelona, the Navarrese municipalities of Mutilva and Arre (the latter being the home of this year's winner), and the Murcian town of Torreagüera.
The winning artwork will become the exclusive property of the Fraga City Council for promotional and institutional use. In addition, residents and visitors will have the opportunity to view all the posters submitted during the Pilar Festival in the lobby of the Montcada Palace.
