This area is being built next to the Pumptrack circuit in the "Trashondos" Zone
On Monday, January 8th, work began on creating a new green space in the capital of the Bajo/Baix Cinca region. The urban forest will complement a large recreational area, as it is located next to the city's existing pumptrack. According to the technical specifications, this area will cover approximately 2.900 square meters and will feature 50 native trees and recreational and children's play areas.
The investment for this project has exceeded €216.000. This intervention has received a grant of €183.000, subsidized through the Provincial Plan for Economic Cooperation in Works and Services of the Provincial Council of Huesca, meaning that the Fraga City Council will have to contribute less than 20% of the funds.
