The educational and business sectors presented their vocational training needs to Claudia Pérez, a member of the Aragonese government. The mayor of Fraga, the principals of the city's secondary schools, and representatives from the Intersectoral Business Association conveyed their requests to the Aragonese government.
Last Friday, March 22, the mayor of Fraga, Ignacio Gramún, the directors of the IES Bajo Cinca and Ramón J. Sender, Rosa Arqué and Anna Vallecillos, and the representatives of the business association La Intersectorial, Gonzalo Portolés and Leticia Navarro, met at the Department of Education of the Government of Aragon with the head of the delegation, Claudia Pérez, and the general directors of Vocational Training and Personnel, Training and Innovation, Luis Mallada and José María Cabello.
During the meeting, the representatives from Fraga outlined the city's educational needs related to Vocational Training, with the aim of creating a solid program for this branch of education in the capital of the Bajo/Baix Cinca region.
The aim of the meeting is to work to expand the educational offer of Vocational Training, for the benefit of the Fraga society in general, the students of the region and nearby municipalities, as well as the companies in our territory, which increasingly require more qualified labor.
