The competition will take place at the Sotet Pavilion on October 19th and 20th and will pit the four best teams in the country against each other, including CP Esneca Fraga.
The Sotet Pavilion in Fraga will host the Spanish Women's Roller Hockey Super Cup on October 19th and 20th, as announced Wednesday by the Spanish Skating Federation. This competition will pit the four best clubs in the country against each other : current league champion HC Palau de Plegamans, Telecable HC, CP Esneca Fraga (third-placed and host), and CP Vila-Sana Coop d'Ivars (fourth-placed in the league).
The Councillor for Sports, David Casanova, has stated that “ the decision by the Spanish Skating Federation to bring the Super Cup to Fraga is a source of pride for our city and, moreover, it is a reward for Esneca Fraga, the European champions, for the great season they have had .”
“ The City Council is fully committed to improving the city’s sports facilities so that we can host more and more national events that are attractive to both athletes and spectators ,” commented the Councilor for Sports, who recalled that “ last year, also in October, we had the pleasure of hosting the Spanish Pumptrack Championship, so hosting the Roller Hockey Super Cup now is great news on all levels .”
