The presentation of the neckerchief to those born between October 13, 2025 and October 12, 2026 will take place on Saturday the 3rd in the Plenary Hall of the City Hall
The Pilar Festival in Fraga is gearing up with the upcoming opening of registration for the 'My First Festival' event, one of the most endearing parts of the festival program. This event pays tribute to the youngest residents of the town by awarding them their first official neckerchief as a symbol of belonging and local tradition.
All residents of Fraga born between October 13, 2025, and October 12, 2026 , are eligible to participate in this edition . The neckerchief presentation ceremony will be held on the morning of Saturday, October 3, in the Fraga Town Hall's Plenary Hall.
The application period opens this Tuesday, September 15th , and will remain open until October 1st. To formalize their participation, interested families should send an email to misprimerasfiestas@fraga.org providing the following information:
- Full name and date of birth of the baby (or the expected delivery date if the baby has not yet been born).
- Full name of at least one of the parents or legal guardians.
- Contact phone number.
This initiative seeks to involve new generations from their first months of life in the spirit and traditions of the Pilar Festival , consolidating the generational handover of local festivities.
