The women's and junior teams win away from home, while the senior team scores points in Barbastro before the return of the federated team.
The non-federated teams of Club Pádel Fraga had a positive weekend in the Inter-district League , with away victories for the women's and junior teams, and a point earned by the senior team in their visit to Barbastro. Overall, the weekend yielded good results for the club's structure ahead of the men's federated team's return to competition this Saturday, when they host Pádel Indoor Alagón at the Ciudad del Deporte (Sports City).
The action began on Saturday morning with the senior team traveling to the Mundo Pádel Barbastro court . The pair of Serra and Galindo lost their match, but Peña and Pasamán managed to level the tie with an outstanding performance, allowing the Fraga team to earn a point away from home.
On Sunday, it was the turn of the club's other two teams . The junior team visited BAP Binéfar and secured their tie with two clear victories. Cambra and Navarro, a well-established pair within the team, achieved a resounding win, as did Salmerón and Blanes, who completed the away victory for the Fraga side.
The women's team also won, maintaining their good momentum and continuing their pursuit of the top three positions. The Fraga players prevailed 2-1 on the challenging Airon Monzón court, after coming back from a loss in the first match of the tie.
Ana Pérez and Leyre Arenillas lost to Gálvez and Del Campo 6/2 and 7/6. The poor start forced the Fraga pair to play catch-up for much of the match, although they reacted in the second set and had chances to force a third set before losing in the tie-break.
The tie was leveled in the third match, where Svet Kostadinova and Elena Rodríguez comfortably defeated Gago and Mendoza 6-4, 6-2. The decisive point was secured by Berta Larroya and Silvia Tejedor , who played very solidly against Vargas and Laplana. Larroya held serve and Tejedor finished strong to close out the match 6-4, 7-5.
