From September 4th to 8th, 2026, a large number of activities for all ages will take place, including music, gastronomy, and religious events.
Ontiñena will celebrate its festivities in honor of the Holy Relic from September 4th to 8th , with five days that will combine children's activities, traditions, music, gastronomy, sports and proposals for all audiences.
Thursday September 4
The program will kick off on Friday, September 4th, with a community lunch and the final of the summer pétanque championship. At midday, the children's opening ceremony will take place, followed by a parade to the school parking lot, where a foam party and a Holi festival will be held.
The afternoon will feature a parade of local groups with the Rondalla Raíces de Ontiñena and a poncho competition. Later in the evening, the opening address of the festivities will take place, entitled "Heroes Without Capes ," dedicated to those who, without wearing capes, are true heroes. During the event, the first "My First Neckerchief" will be presented, along with the children's presentation. To conclude, cake from the Salomó bakery and ponchos made by Jaime and Merche will be distributed.
The day will continue with a performance by the Pasarela Orchestra , from 00:00 to 04:30 hours, followed by the Pachanga mobile disco.
Saturday September 5
Saturday will begin at 11:00 AM with a kayaking session at the dock. Prior registration is required through the Bajo/Baix Cinca Regional Council website or at the Town Hall to obtain the necessary insurance.
The traditional Vivero lunch will take place at 14:00 PM. Groups wishing to place their tables in a specific location must do so at 12:00 PM, when the organizing committee is setting up the tables and chairs. They will not be allowed to move after that time for organizational purposes.
The program will continue at 15:30 p.m. with inflatables and giant games in the Vivero, followed by a footrace.
In the afternoon, the Atalaia Orchestra will offer a dance session from 20:00 to 22:00 p.m. in the Plaza Mayor. Bingo cards for the evening's game will be on sale during this session.
Between 23:00 PM and 01:00 AM, the Los Metralletas brass band will parade through the streets and social clubs of Ontiñena. At 03:30 AM, the Atalaia Orchestra will return with its late-night session, which will continue until 02:00 AM. At 00:00 AM, the Super Bingo will take place, followed by a mobile disco.
Sunday September 6
Sunday will kick off at 11:00 a.m. with a big water party at the Paradeta.
In the afternoon, from 17:00 to 19:00 pm, the Social Hall will host the exhibition of the Artiñena Association , which will allow us to once again enjoy the artistic talent of the residents of Ontiñena.
At 18:00 PM it will be the turn of football, with the match between Ontiñena CF and Atlético Binéfar Fútbol Base.
After the match, the day will continue with a gastronomic afternoon in the Plaza Mayor.
Monday September 7
Monday will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a film screening in the Social Hall, accompanied by ice cream.
At 16:00 PM, a scavenger hunt will take place throughout the town. Participants can form pairs, register in the town square, and take on different challenges and tests.
The Artiñena Association exhibition will be open again from 17:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m. in the Social Hall.
The day will end with a dinner and beer party starting at 21:00 p.m.
Tuesday, September 8th, big day
Tuesday, September 8th will be the main day of the Ontiñena festivities. At 12:00 noon, the traditional procession and sung mass in honor of the Holy Relic will take place , one of the principal religious events of these celebrations.
In the afternoon, at 19:00 p.m., the Rondalla Peña Fragatina will provide music to close the festivities with a performance dedicated to Aragonese tradition.
At the end of the performance, a snack will be offered to all attendees as a farewell to the festivities.

- 09:00 pm. Popular lunch and final of the Summer Petanque Championship.

- 16:00 pm. Ronda de peñas with the Rondalla Raíces de Ontiñena and poncho contest.
