Registration for this sporting event in Bajo/Baix Cinca will be open from June 1st.
The organizers of the 25th International Descent of the Cinca River have everything ready to open registration for this sporting event, which will take place in the Bajo/Baix Cinca region on August 25th. Registration for the open category of this highly anticipated event has been open since June 1st.
Anyone interested in a day of true adventure can register to paddle down the Cinca River in this year's edition of the sporting event. As in previous years, the organizers have also made it possible for interested parties to rent complete equipment, which will be provided by various adventure companies traveling to the Lower Cinca region that weekend. Rental equipment is limited and will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, with single and double-person boats available. This year, the organizers are maintaining the limit of 500 participants in the open category.
For the competitive, federated category within the International Canoe Federation (ICF) calendar, registration will open in the coming weeks and will not have a participation limit. Registration must be done through the Aragonese Canoe Federation, and the rules and registration forms can be downloaded from the official website of the descent: www.descensodelcinca.com . This competition is considered by the Royal Spanish Canoe Federation as an International Event of Special Interest within the official national and international federation calendar, achieving the highest competitive category in Spain.
