The team continues to progress and win titles in the last tournament of the season
On Saturday, July 13th, Team DYS KickBoxing Fraga participated in the "Larida 24" event in Lleida with six fighters.
Fátima Kerkourri defeated her rival from Lleida in a hard-fought fight by the Fraga native.
Mohamed El Motae did the same against his opponent from Valls. The Catalan fighter came out determined to give his all in the ring, but Mohamed remained composed and neutralized his rival with hard work and consistency. At the end of the fight, Mohamed secured a unanimous decision victory.
Sara Bakkioui also achieved victory. Her opponent came from Barcelona. The boxer from the Catalan capital started with a great first round, but the competitor from Fraga knew how to work well in the ring and gave a masterclass in technique, speed, and ring presence, taking the fight for Team Fraga.
On the other hand, Gustavo Gimenez, Islam Naoui, and Álvaro Casanova put on great fights, with Islam and Álvaro losing by a narrow margin. Gustavo's fight was stopped because he was facing a more experienced opponent.
The team's overall conclusion is one of satisfaction with the performance of all members of the Fraga group. Now, a period of rest and a return after the summer.
