The Fraga team dominates on the Bembibre Hockey Club rink and confirms its second place before fighting for the OK Liga Ibredrola league title
CP Esneca Fraga put the finishing touch on the regular season with a resounding away victory against Bembibre Hockey Club (1-8), in a match that once again demonstrated the offensive potential of the Fraga team, which finishes the league in a commendable second position.
The match began with Fraga gradually taking control, imposing their rhythm despite a start marred by numerous fouls from both sides. The first blow came towards the end of the first half when Teresa Payá opened the scoring (0-1). Shortly after, Aina Arxé extended the lead (0-2), and before halftime, Flix Lázaro converted a direct free kick to make it 0-3.
After the break, the Fraga team didn't let up. Carla Fontdeglòria scored the fourth goal (0-4), and Adriana Soto, who was very effective throughout the match, scored two consecutive goals—one of them a direct free kick—to make it 0-6. María Sanjurjo extended the lead even further (0-7), and Flix Lázaro herself completed the scoring for the visitors at 1-8.
The only home goal also came from a direct free kick, scored by Laura Porta, in a second half marked by the accumulation of fouls by the León team and the absolute control of Fraga.
Second place and objective: the title
With this result, CP Esneca Fraga finishes the regular phase of the OK Liga in second position with 59 points, only behind CP Vila-sana Coop d'Ivars, leader with 66.
