Swimming pools, summer camps, play centers and a variety of activities in the municipalities of the region
Several municipalities in the Bajo/Baix Cinca region have announced swimming pool opening dates and new summer activities, such as summer camps and play centers. Mequinenza has announced that the 2024 swimming season at the Municipal Pools will begin on Saturday, June 1st, and will run until September 14th, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Fraga , for its part, has announced that the La Estacada pools will be open from June 9th to September 1st. Torrente de Cinca will open on June 15th.
Leisure activities have also grown this season , with some companies like Jovial Adventure expanding their range of summer camps, collaborating with sports clubs and associations in the Bajo/Baix Cinca region. In this regard, in addition to the traditional adventure camps, futsal, and children's camps , rhythmic gymnastics and canoeing have been added to the regional leisure offerings.
In Mequinenza, the Summer Play Center will run from June 24 to August 30 for users who register by June 7. The Fraga City Council has announced its aquatic activities, which will take place from July 1 to 19 and from August 1 to 22. Pre-registration for the July dates will be from June 1 to 20, and for the August dates from July 1 to 21. Meanwhile, the Bajo/Baix Cinca region has announced a Leisure Time Monitor course in July . This 310-hour course will be held in person from July 3 to 30. Registration will be open from May 27 to June 3. The course is accredited by the Government of Aragon.
