One of the plots will be designated for extensive industrial logistics use and the other will be dedicated to private multipurpose facilities
The Fraga City Council has launched a tender this Tuesday for the sale of two municipally owned plots of land located in the PL Fraga logistics platform, with a starting price of €922.185,50. The deadline for submitting bids is May 2nd, and bidders must prepare and submit their offers electronically through the Public Sector Procurement Platform.
The first lot consists of a plot of land designated for extensive industrial logistics use, located on Comunidad Valenciana street in PLFraga, with a surface area of 6.750,00 m² and a maximum buildable area of 5.400,00 m². The tender budget is 563.581,23 euros (465.769,61 euros + 97.811,62 euros VAT).
The second lot is a plot of land designated for private multipurpose facilities, located on Comunidad de Navarra Street. It comprises a total of 12.338,50 m² of land area and has a maximum buildable area of 12.338,50 m². The tender budget is €358.604,27 (€296.367,17 + €62.237,10 VAT).
