The Fraga City Council concludes its summer cultural program this week with the interactive show 'Lavando Voy' by the PAI Company . The ' Estiu al Carrer ' (Summer in the Streets) program, which began on June 26th with 'Lü de Lürdes,' will end this week. Nearly a dozen events have filled the summer in the capital of the Baix Cinca region with performances , thanks to the summer program organized by the cultural department. This week, they will bring the 2024 edition to a close with an interactive show specially designed for families to enjoy together.
I'm washing
Two washerwomen, Camiseto and Calcetina , appear in the square ready to do their job: washing kilos and kilos of clothes. They are happy because they have a brand new giant washing machine that will make their work much easier, but they are not so happy because they haven't been able to get all the clothes into the machine.
A human chain involving the entire audience will be the solution. Then, they'll have to find the instructions, start the machine, and follow each step. Each instruction they read will trigger a game or dance involving hats, towels, soap, rugs, clothespins, socks, and so on.
All of that will be much more fun than doing the laundry. But... will they ever finish it?
