Regarding the Urban Planning Grants line, €500.000 corresponds to the ERPP contribution from the Government of Aragon
The Fraga City Council's Strategic Subsidy Plan has been definitively approved and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca (BOPH). As the document states, the main objective of these municipal budget subsidies is to support and promote initiatives undertaken by individuals and organizations carrying out activities deemed to be in the public interest. In this context, activities undertaken by individuals or legal entities that meet the criteria established in the municipal guidelines are considered to be in the public interest.
In order of largest contribution, the urban planning grant program stands out with €613.800. However, it should be noted that a large part of this figure represents the ERPP contribution from the Government of Aragon: €75.000,00 corresponding to 2023 and €425.000,00 corresponding to 2024. These funds can be applied interchangeably in any of the fiscal years until 2026.
Secondly, the largest contribution comes from the Education, Youth and Festivals grant program, with a value of €87.200, followed by Sports (€79.500), Health and Social Promotion (€42.700), Economic Development and Commerce (€24.800) and Culture (€17.500).
