The summary of the call for applications for the rehabilitation of buildings in the Historic Quarter during the 2024 fiscal year has already been published in the BOPH (Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca).
The terms and conditions for granting extraordinary subsidies for the rehabilitation of buildings in the Historic Quarter 2024 can now be consulted.
Subsidies of up to €10.000 may be granted for maintenance and improvement of facades ; €27.500 for structural elements , roofs and carpentry; €7.500 for improvements to interior sanitation .
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, collection and justification of subsidies granted by the Fraga City Council through the Urban Planning Department to finance facade repair works in this municipality in order to improve the landscape environment, preserve the architectural heritage, safeguard the safety of pedestrians and improve the health of the buildings.
The buildings located in the area delimited by the rehabilitation area of buildings affected by structural damage belong to the scope of application of this ordinance, in accordance with the scope delimited in compliance with Decree 149/2001, of July 24, of the Government of Aragon, the buildings located in the Miralsot neighborhood and the buildings that have an age equal to or greater than 50 years in the present(1), which are located in the urban land of the rest of the city.
The maximum budget allocated for the 2024 financial year for the granting of subsidies regulated in these rules will be the following:
- 10.000,00 euros for actions in category 1: ordinary maintenance of facades, charged to budget app 050 1522 48000.
- 27.500,00 euros for actions in category 2: renovation of structural elements, roofs and carpentry, charged to budget app. 050 1522 78002.
- 7.500,00 euros for actions in category 3: improvement of sanitation inside buildings, charged to budget app 050 1522 78004.
