The Civil Guard and the Local Police were alerted to the presence of an individual who was touching himself in the middle of a public road.
A 32-year-old man has been arrested by the Civil Guard in Fraga as the alleged perpetrator of indecent exposure and sexual provocation, as well as identity theft. The detainee was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for his arrest and appearance in court for another indecent exposure offense.
The events took place on January 11 in Fraga , when a person reported to the Civil Guard the presence of an individual who was touching his private areas in the middle of a public road and in full view of all the neighbors.
Following initial inquiries, the next day, Civil Guard officers in Fraga located the perpetrator . He was evasive throughout his attempts to identify himself. In addition to providing inaccurate and unreliable personal information, he presented documents that appeared to have been altered , leading the officers to conclude that the detainee was attempting to conceal his true identity by impersonating another person.
Finally, the Fraga Territorial Judicial Police Team of the Civil Guard managed to ascertain the true identity of the detainee, who was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Criminal Court No. 5 of Zaragoza for acts related to indecent exposure and sexual provocation that occurred in Caspe . The detainee is a 32-year-old man and a resident of the Bajo Cinca region.
The detainee has already been brought before the Fraga Court of Instruction , which has ordered his release with precautionary measures.
