The Civil Guard arrests a person for two counts of robbery with violence and one count of theft that occurred in the town of Fraga
The officers arrested the alleged perpetrator for theft of €700 from the cash register of a gambling establishment.
The investigation determined that the detainee had also committed two violent robberies days earlier using the snatch-and-grab method, with the victims being two elderly women.
The ROCA Team of the Civil Guard Company of Fraga and the Civil Guard Post of Fraga, in collaboration with the Local Police of the town of Fraga, proceeded to arrest a person, as the alleged perpetrator of two crimes of robbery with violence by the snatch-and-grab method and another of theft of 700 € in a gaming hall, all of which occurred in the town of Fraga.
On April 17, the Fraga Civil Guard station, in collaboration with the Fraga Local Police, were alerted that a person had stolen €700 in cash from the cash register at a gambling establishment in the town.
Thanks to the swift action of the officers, the possible perpetrator of the events was located in a decisive and efficient manner. At the time of his arrest, he was carrying the stolen money, so he was arrested for theft and the stolen money was returned to its owner.
Meanwhile, the ROCA Team of the Civil Guard of Fraga, within the efforts and investigations that it was carrying out to clarify two robberies with violence of handbags by the snatching method from two vulnerable victims, committed days before in the same town, were able to verify that the possible perpetrator was the same detainee, so the agents also proceeded to arrest him for two crimes of robbery with violence, being a 26-year-old man and resident of the Bajo Cinca region.
The ROCA Team of the Fraga Civil Guard Company and the Fraga Civil Guard Post, prepared the corresponding proceedings which, together with the detainee, were sent to the Court of First Instance Plaza No. 2 of Fraga, the detainee being released with charges.
