The Civil Guard has arrested a person for a crime of revealing secrets that occurred in the Bajo/Baix Cinca region.
The ROCA Team of the Civil Guard Company of Fraga, proceeded to arrest a person, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of revealing secrets, which occurred in the Bajo Cinca region.
On February 25, the ROCA Team of the Civil Guard Company of Fraga, became aware through the complaint filed in official premises by the victim, that a co-worker, taking advantage of her absence, had accessed her computer to manipulate and download private documentation of the complainant, the events occurring in the Bajo/Baix Cinca region.
Following the investigations carried out to clarify the events that occurred on February 27, the agents proceeded to arrest a person as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of revealing secrets, a 28-year-old male resident of Zaragoza.
The ROCA Team of the Civil Guard Company of Fraga, prepared the corresponding proceedings which, together with the detainee, were handed over to the Court of First Instance Plaza de Guardia of Fraga, the detainee being released with charges.
The Civil Guard reminds everyone that any unauthorized access to private or confidential information such as images, documents or files is punishable by law, regardless of whether this information is disseminated or subsequently distributed.
