MODUS OPERANDS
People involved in these types of plantations obtain water from nearby rivers or wetlands using generators, hoses, and water pumps. They also power their appliances with electric generators.
These criminal organizations often rely on members who camp outdoors, lacking proper hygiene, in cultivation areas to aid in the plant's growth and provide security against potential theft. The Civil Guard Command in Huesca is intensifying its efforts to combat marijuana cultivation in the province and is promoting and coordinating new prevention and investigation initiatives to help eradicate this criminal activity within the Huesca region.
