The young musician, a student at the Fraga Conservatory, debuts with "Recuerdo", a song that pays homage to his neighborhood, the city and his roots
At just 14 years old, Eric Stoica, from Fraga, has taken a significant step in his musical career with the release of "Recuerdo" (Memory) , his first original composition. This song is very special to the young artist, as it is dedicated to Fraga, his neighborhood, and all the memories that are part of his childhood.
Passionate about music since childhood, especially flamenco, Eric combines his musical training with his third year of secondary school studies , which he will begin this year. He also studies piano at the Fraga Conservatory , where he continues to refine his technique, and plays the flamenco cajón , an instrument closely linked to the musical style that inspires him most.
A tribute to Fraga
The idea for Recuerdo began to take shape last year when Eric decided to write his first song. The result is a song born from his love for his city, celebrating local culture, its people, and one of Fraga's most iconic symbols: the fragatina.
The accompanying music video also has a distinctly personal feel. It features Eric himself alongside several friends and his younger brother, reinforcing the message of closeness and connection with his community.
With this first work, the young man from Fraga begins a musical adventure in which enthusiasm, effort and attachment to his roots are the main protagonists.
The music video for "Recuerdo" can now be seen on YouTube, where Eric shares with the public a song born from emotion and dedicated to the city where he grew up.
