The history of football in Belver spans more than a century. It all began in 1922 with the first team, Alaska Fútbol Club de Belver de Cinca , which played matches against neighboring towns.
After a hiatus due to the civil war, the team resurfaced in 1939 with the " Daniel Francoy Cup ". Over the years, the club participated in friendly matches with neighboring regions and in affiliated leagues, until in the 1964/1965 season they joined the Federation in the second regional category, changing their name to CD Belver.
The club's history has been marked by moments of glory, such as the best ranking in the 2005/2006 season, where they occupied fifth place in the first regional preferential category or the first time they were promoted to second regional preferential, 1974/1975, making history , with Belver being victorious in all the matches of that season, with 81 goals for and only 11 against.
For 60 years, they have competed in various leagues, rising from the lower leagues to the top regional division. The Choperal field, inaugurated on October 12, 1963 , has witnessed the triumphs and hard work of this team.
This weekend, CD Belver can add another chapter to its history. If they win their match against Dep. Sobrarbe in Ainsa, they will be promoted to the regional first division, an achievement that reflects the hard work and dedication of everyone who has been part of this story.
