The event will take place in Fraga from August 30th to September 1st and will feature a food truck area as a new addition.
Following the 'Estiu al Carrer' festival, which concluded this Thursday, culture returns to Fraga from August 30th to September 1st with the fourth edition of the Festival of Castles, offering a chance to enjoy the last days of summer in an iconic location within the city. Music, dance, and cultural activities come together in this year's program, headlined by composer Carmen Boza. New this year is a food truck area.
Alpaca Colectivo Danza will present 'Que no ven' at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, kicking off the festival with a vibrant contemporary dance performance. Carmen Boza will perform starting at 10:30 p.m. In addition, DJ D'Seik will liven up the food truck area with sets at 9:00 p.m. and midnight.
Saturday's events will begin with the SGAE Foundation Conference on 'Music and Territory,' a space for reflection on the impact of music on local communities. In the evening, at 8:30 p.m., Pablo P. Alonso & Laura L. Muñoz will present "Bailaban la Perolas," followed by another highlight of this year's festival: Sancho & Swing. DJ Bárbara Gartland will perform two sets in the food truck area at 9:00 p.m. and midnight.
Finally, Alberto Velasco will close the festival at 20:30 p.m. on Sunday with his dance show 'Moving Mountains'.
