Last week the second Pepe Canalís Football Camp in M'Bour (Senegal) came to an end.
Last Saturday, July 20, the second Pepe Canalís Campus in M'Bour (Senegal) came to an end , organized by this coach and teacher, a native of Belver de Cinca.
Seventy players, both boys and girls, shared a wonderful week of training and football matches in the African town of M'bour. Pepe Canalís developed this project from his native Bajo/Baix Cinca region to contribute to the development of this area of Senegal through football practice and training.
In addition, this second edition has created its own volunteer program called Senegal Coach Experience , so that coaches can experience coaching and get to know life in this African country firsthand.
In this first phase of the project, the man from Belver de Cinca was accompanied by two friends, as a trial run. As Pepe himself tells us, the experience "was amazing . "
Canalís continues to carry out solidarity projects, such as the collection of sports clothing that is later sent to the African continent or the blood donation planned for August in his own town.
