At Aromas9, artisanal production plays a central role. The brand itself explains the production process through different stages that begin with milling the grain and continue with maceration, boiling, fermentation, bottling, and maturation.
And it is precisely during the process that much of each beer's personality is built. Mashing, for example, allows for working on fundamental aspects such as body, alcohol content, and final flavor, while controlling temperatures, times, malts, hops, and yeasts allows for developing different profiles depending on the recipe.
Next come fermentation and bottling, two phases where meticulousness remains essential. Aromas9 explains that once fermentation is complete, the beer goes through the bottling process and subsequently to carbonation and maturation.
