The Fragatí Radio Club will participate in this activation with the call sign EG3WCD
On Sunday, February 4th, the local amateur radio club will participate in this national initiative with the aim of contacting and speaking with as many people with radio stations as possible internationally. The idea behind this project is to contribute to the activities of World Cancer Day, which is celebrated this month.
The Radio Club invites everyone to join them on Sunday morning at their premises, located on the 3rd floor of the La Pasarela building in Segoñé de Fraga. Members of the local AECC Bajo Cinca branch are expected to be present.
February is Cancer Awareness Month. In addition to the 4th, the 15th is International Childhood Cancer Day. On Sunday the 25th, the Race for Life, organized by AECC Bajo Cinca and the Fraga City Council, will take place.
