In addition, this week at the Can Llong facilities of the Club Natació Sabadell, the Spanish Junior and Open Absolute Championship was held where Romeo Puch participated in the 50 and 100 freestyle.

In the 50m freestyle event, with a time of 25.03, he achieved his personal best in a 50m pool and broke his previous club's absolute record of 25.13. Romeo finished 23rd in 2006 and 47th in the Junior category.

In the 100 freestyle event he achieved a time of 54.40. In this event he finished 31st Junior year 2006 and 60th Junior.
